a) Processing and keeping up to date data concerning the programmes and study plans of the courses taught in ISAG;
b) Organize the processes of CTeSP courses, undergraduate, master's or postgraduate degree courses;
c) handle the processes relating to school awards;
d) organising and processing files relating to special attendance arrangements;
e) deal with administrative procedures relating to queries, complaints, appeals and examinations by jury;
f) organising and handling other proceedings relating to educational matters;
g) To organize the statistical elements related to students, school performance, graduates and other data required by the official bodies and by the process of evaluation and monitoring of courses;
h) To provide, in duly authorized cases, information regarding students or graduates;
i) To deal with the other tasks assigned to it, in the scope of pedagogical support, to teaching projects;
j) To provide information about the daily teaching organization to students and teachers;
k) To collaborate in the collection, processing and maintenance of information of interest for dissemination through the services website.
