COURSE OBJECTIVES
This degree aims to prepare professionals with versatile training, able them either to start their own business or to perform a wide range of Direction functions or management roles in companies and other public or private organizations. The graduate student will be able to use the concepts and techniques applicable to the different functional areas of the company, as well as understand the relationships that exist between them and with the general objectives of the organization. The graduate will have to be able to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and, in general, to take on directive tasks. Specifically, it must be able to identify and anticipate opportunities and threats, affect resources, organize information, select and motivate people, make decisions under ambiguous conditions, achieve the defined objectives efficiently and effectively and evaluate the results achieved.
