ISAG's Data Science & Business Intelligence Postgraduate Course aims to provide its graduates with the necessary tools to combine technology with business management, using new data processing and analysis methods to maximize the added value of information stored by companies , essential for the decision-making process.

// Teaching Methodology
The teaching methodology is based on class attendance and self-learning by the participants. The initial theoretical teaching will frame the themes explored while the development of Projects/Group Work promotes their practical application. The consolidation of the concepts and techniques approached in the course is achieved through a capstone project, representing the culmination of the experience acquired by the trainee.

Rita Faria, Msc: Master in Data Analysis and Decision Support Systems by the Faculty of Economics of Porto. Her professional experience stands out in the area of Business Analytics, reporting and strategic analysis.
Ivo Nogueira, Msc: Master in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, PhD student in Applied Mathematics at the University of Minho. Business Analyst at Farfetch, with experience in Database Administration and reporting.
Dr. Patrício Costa: PhD in Contemporary Political Processes with focus on voting behavior and political marketing. He is an assistant professor at the University of Minho and the University of Porto, and his research focus is on statistics and data analysis.
Engineer Roberto Vita: Master in Economics and Business Management from the Faculty of Economics of Porto and Industrial Engineering and Management from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil). Consultant and Researcher at INESC, with experience in project management and continuous improvement.
Diogo Gonçalves: PhD in Energy Systems and Climate Change by the University of Aveiro. Senior Data Scientist at Farfetch, with experience in Machine Learning and programming.
Carlos Leite, Msc: Master in Computer Science by the Faculty of Sciences of Porto. Data Scientist at Farfetch, with experience in Artificial Intelligence systems and recommendation systems.
Luís Baía, Msc: Master in Applied Mathematics from the Faculdade de Ciências do Porto. Senior Data Scientist at Hostel World, with experience in teaching Data Science, and focus on Machine Learning applications.
