The course aims to train wine experts, with a complete knowledge of the sector and the market. It also intends to provide instruments that enable the management of a business in the wine area and that foster the perception of all the central areas that involve the wine sector. This course represents a unique opportunity that allows you to drink useful knowledge with the best professionals in their respective areas of intervention.

- To provide a holistic view of the wine sector;
- Understand the Dynamics and interaction of all the sectorial areas that sustain the wine, from production to delivery to the final consumer;
- Undersant the wine as an agricultural product and as a business;
- Understand the strategic perspective of wine in Portugal and place it in the international context, considering the competition;
- Understand the influence of the terroir, the driving systems, the grape varieties and what factors influence a wine in the vineyards;
- To know the work of the oenologist, the processes of winemaking, blending, ageing and aging of wines;
- To know how to assemble a professional wine tasting, understand the wine tasting and distinguish the main types of wine.

The classes will take place on fridays from 19H00 to 22H00 and Saturdays from 9H30 to 12H30 and from 14H00 to 17H00. Courses will be interrupted during Christmas, Carnival, Easter and August.
