MASTER'S IN COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING

Program Overview

This master's degree aims to provide, from a professional and specialised perspective, solid training that guarantees the close relationship between Commercial Management and Marketing, and contributes to increasing specialists in commercial and marketing decision-making, developing their capacity for analysis, organisation, planning and evaluation, as well as enhancing relational and negotiation skills, problem-solving, decision-making and teamwork.
The program is designed to train senior executives and managers to work in the areas of commercial management and marketing in companies, whether SMEs or large corporations, and its specific objectives are:
- To provide students with a strategic, systemic and integrative vision of commercial and marketing activities and an awareness of their interrelationship;
- To enable students to gain a rigorous understanding of the company's internal strengths and weaknesses and distinctive capabilities, while at the same time developing their skills to analyse the environment and accurately identify the threats and opportunities it presents to the company;
- To foster the use of tools, methods and techniques that make it possible to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in commercial and marketing decision-making, while developing students' creativity in the search for innovative and differentiating responses;
- To provide the development of skills, attitudes and values consistent with the exercise of functions and positions of high responsibility in companies, in a learning and study environment that is coherent, innovative and highly problem-solving orientated;
- To develop decision-making and communication skills for diagnosing, understanding and evaluating complex commercial and marketing situations;
- Finally, to help students develop a behaviour of integrity, responsibility and commitment to the company and society in which they work.

MASTER'S IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Program Overview

The main purpose of this program is for students to acquire a high level of professional specialisation in management areas critical to business success, compatible with the complexity of the challenges arising from increased competition, globalisation and the adverse context in which companies will have to operate.
In due articulation with ISAG's degree in Business Management, this master's degree aims to deepen the knowledge obtained and provide students with a strategic, systemic and integrative vision of business activity and an awareness of the interrelationship between the parts and the whole with the surrounding environment.
It is essentially aimed at training senior executives and managers to work in the field of business management, whether they are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or large companies, with the following specific objectives:
